I moved into my MCM apartment in October of 2010, and since my move I have nothing but positive things to say about the company. During my initial apartment hunt and move in, the staff was friendly, professional, and prompt with each process of the lease agreement--making the move quick and easy. Obviously, each new home has its share of fix-ups and problems, but the staff at MCM has since responded quickly to each of my requests and fixed whatever problems the apartment has had. I feel very comfortable calling MCM when I have a question or concern, and I could not be happier to be living where I live with MCM management.

I'm a new tenant in one of MCM' s buildings on Olympic. From the beginning I have pretty much only dealt with Melissa the property supervisor. Let me be one of the first to say that she is AMAZING at what she does. She made my move in a great experience and she made sure my unit was in outstanding move in condition. Minor issues with the unit were dealt with quickly and with a positive attitude. I hope that anyone who considers renting from MCM deals with Melissa as she is such an asset to the company. I have never had any issues whatsoever with MCM. In fact, they have been very accommodating and have always followed up with every and any issue I've had. Melissa has been an angel with us. We are even looking into moving into a bigger place and they will be matching our needs since we are now having a baby.

MCM is a good company to go to if you're looking for an apartment in LA.. I and my friends who rent from mcm have had issues in the past, but after speaking to the maintenance people, they made sure to not only take care of my issues but they also were very quick..Also I really just like the overall atmosphere of their office and how they care about each tenant..i've recommended friends to mcm and they've had good experiences too...
